The hotel reception is open every day, all year round (24-hour reception). Our goal is to offer great customer service for our valued guests.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 15:00 (3 pm). Check-out time should be done before 11:00 am. To request a later check-out, please contact reception.
We have a salad bar on-site that is open from 11:30 am to 9 pm. It is a healthy and delicious option for lunch and dinner that features a variety of dishes, both hot and cold, as well as the choice of different soups. This is only available for groups.
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary according to room type. Cancellation of an individual must be received in writing within 24 hours to arrival. If cancelled with shorter notice, one night stay is required. The same goes for a no-show. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Continental breakfast is included in the price and is served on the third floor from 07:00 am – 10:00 am every day. Buffet, vegan, gluten-free. For those leaving earlier, you can request for an early breakfast from 03 am.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED
All children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in a cot. One child 3 – 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds. If an extra bed is required it will incur an extra charge. The fee depends on the price of the hotel at any given time. Please enquiry about the availability of extra beds before making a reservation. Children 6 years and above are charged as adults.

Security camera recording. Records are saved 6 weeks back in time. The purpose of security cameras in general security and property protection.
